Online Drivers Education

Driver's Education is a 30 hour course for teens between ages 15 1/2 and 17 1/2, where we follow the best guideline program in California. Adults are encouraged to take this course as well so it can help anyone obtain their California permit. Our course is D.M.V approved. Natomas Driving School is a bonded and insured School.

We charge $29.00 for our online course. Our Driving Ed Online Course will fulfill your mandatory California DMV Drivers Education requirements. It is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. You can take this course anytime and anywhere at your own pace. Students may complete the reading and testing at their own pace as well. Anyone under the age of 18 must take a state approved driver education course to qualify for a license. There are 10 units, each unit is 30 mins. Once you successfully complete the 10 units you will need to take the final quiz. Once you pass we will receive an email notification and will place it in the mail the following business day.

Our Services

Driving Training for Teens (Under 18)

Minors between 15 1/2 to 17 1/2 MUST have completed the Driver’s Education and obtained their Instruction Permit from the DMV can Enroll here for the Behind-the-Wheel Course. At Natomas Driving School we Charge $400 for the full 6 hours. We offer 4 lessons. The first two lessons are 1 an hour each, the last 2 lessons are 2 hours each, equally a total of 6 hours behind the wheel. We do offer a pay as you go program so you can pay $100 per lesson if needed. He or she should have a period of 6 months to a year to complete 6 hours of Behind-the-Wheel training with a licensed driving school to obtain the certificate of completion of the required lessons.

During the 6 months, the student needs to practice 50 hours with parents, 10 hours at night, and 40 hours in daylight to get fully prepared for the practical Driver’s License Test at the DMV. • Minors under 18 but 17 1/2 must complete only behind-the-wheel training and have earned the certificate without waiting for 6 months before they are allowed to take the Behind-the-Wheel drive test at the DMV.

Our Services

Behind-the-Wheel Course for Adults 18+

Our Drivers training program has a 40 year proven track record of success! We offer 1 hour sessions for Adults. $100 per lesson. Free pick up and drop off. The first lesson is an evaluation to see the pros and cons of the driver. After the evaluation we give you our recommendation on how many lessons we feel you need to take to obtain your license. Packages are available after the evaluation.

Learning from an experienced driving instructor helps you gain the confidence, skill, and experience you need to become a safe and competent driver. Even if you're an experienced driver, you have plenty to gain from the adult behind-the-wheel course. Our professional instructors can help you overcome difficult and/or stressful situations.

Driving lessons for adults over the age of 18 who need to learn how to operate a class C vehicle. Our instructors will teach you how to control your vehicle, drive defensively, make left and right turns correctly, parallel parking, and much more. Anyone under the age of 18 must take a state approved driver education course to qualify for a license.
